    -Slow Lane Wines supports the Responsible service of Alcohol across Australia:

    SA: Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.

    VIC: WARNING: Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600). WARNING. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

    NSW: Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

    QLD: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

    WA: Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.


    -Slow Lane Wines delivers wine orders in Australia using Australia Post.
    -Order will be shipped within 5 day of the order being placed & we will email a tracking number to the email provided.
    -We do not expect international order through our website.
    -Wine will not be delivered to an unattended premise or in extreme heat.
    -Wine must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.
    -By shopping via our online store, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.   • PAYMENT & REEFUND

-We recognise and respect your privacy. We will handle your personal detail safely.
-Secure payments can be made via our order online system using Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa) or Debit Card.
-We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will be given in compliance with consumer rights.
-We will exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace.
